COOKIE POLICY — “IFJB Capital” LLC

Last updated: 28 September 2025

This Cookie Policy explains how IFJB Capital LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar

tracking technologies on our website and digital services, and how that use relates to your rights under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo (the “Law”), which aligns Kosovo law with EU GDPR principles.

If you are a customer or visitor in Kosovo and have questions about how we process personal data, you may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO)— contact details are at the end of this Policy — or the Kosovo Information and Privacy Agency (AIP).

What are cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit websites. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and device identifiers. Cookies can be first-party (set by our site) or third-party (set by other services we use). Cookies may be persistent (stored between visits) or session-based (deleted when you close your browser).

Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:
– Make our site work (essential functionality and security).
– Remember your preferences and settings to improve usability.
– Measure site performance and usage (analytics) so we can improve services.
– Provide personalised content and marketing (only with your consent).
These purposes reflect principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation under Law No. 06/L-082.

Legal basis for using cookies

– Strictly necessary cookies: required for core website functions (e.g., authentication, session management). These are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest or necessity to provide the service and do not require your consent.

– Non-essential cookies (preferences, statistics, marketing): these rely on your freely given, specific and informed consent prior to activation. You may accept or refuse these categories at any time. This follows Kosovo law principles and current guidance on consent for online trackers.

Cookies and the financial sector — additional safeguards

Because we operate in the financial sector, we apply stricter handling for any personal data derived from cookies:

  • We do not use cookie-based data to make automated credit decisions or other high-risk profiling without explicit, documented consent and appropriate safeguards (including the right to human review).
  • We minimise use of third-party advertising/tracking cookies on pages that handle sensitive account or transaction data.
  • We regularly review third-party services for privacy/security compliance and prohibit suppliers that cannot meet financial-sector requirements (confidentiality, security controls, breach reporting).
  • Where cookie data could meaningfully affect customer outcomes, we document purpose, lawful basis, retention and perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) as required by the Law.

How we obtain and record consent

On first visit we show a cookie banner that:

  • Explains cookie categories in plain language,
  • Provides “Accept all”, “Reject all non-essential” and “Customize settings” options,
  • Records your choice and stores it to respect your preference on subsequent visits.

We implement consent in line with supervisory guidance – consent is granular, revocable, and recorded. Consent for non-essential cookies is obtained before those cookies are set.

Managing and withdrawing consent

  • Use the cookie settings link in our site footer or the cookie banner to change your choices at any time.
  • You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings (see browser help pages). Blocking some cookies may degrade site functionality.
  • If you withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies, we will stop setting them and (where practical) delete those cookies from our systems. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Third-party cookies and embedded content

We may allow third parties (analytics providers, social networks, advertising partners) to set cookies on our site. These third parties control their own cookies and data practices — we are not responsible for their policies. You should consult their privacy/cookie pages for more details. We only work with third parties that meet our contractual and security requirements for the financial sector.

A current list of third-party cookie providers used on our site and their purposes is available in our cookie settings panel.

Retention and data minimisation

We keep cookie identifiers and linked information only as long as needed for the purpose (e.g., analytics IDs for up to 24 months, marketing IDs up to 24 months, session cookies until session end). We apply pseudonymisation, encryption and access controls where appropriate. Retention periods are documented and reviewed regularly in our privacy program.
Your rights under Law No. 06/L-082
Under Law No. 06/L-082 you have rights similar to GDPR rights, including:

  • Right of access to your personal data;
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data;
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) where lawful;
  • Right to restriction of processing;
  • Right to object to processing (including direct marketing);
  • Right to data portability where applicable.

You may exercise these rights by contacting our DPO (contact details below). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Kosovo Information and Privacy Agency (AIP).

Security and breach notification

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect cookie-derived data (encryption at rest/in transit, strict access controls, logging). If a personal data breach occurs that risks rights and freedoms of individuals, we will notify the AIP and affected data subjects in accordance with the Law and our incident response procedures.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We will update this Policy to reflect changes in law, guidance or our services. Substantial
changes will be notified via our website and (where required) via direct notice to users.
